Every named setup Trade Echo shows you, explained in plain English: what triggers it, the regime behind it, when it stops, and where it shows up.
What a named setup is
A named setup is a specific, repeatable condition in dealer positioning that Trade Echo checks for in real time, such as price sitting near the GEX Anchor or crossing the GEX Flip Point. Giving each one a name means the label on a Discovery row, a DealerEdge alert and a Cortex agent all mean the same thing.
Most setups depend on the GEX Rating, a 1-5 volatility regime score. Rating 4-5 is positive gamma, where moves tend to be damped and more stable; Rating 1-2 is negative gamma, where moves tend to be amplified and more volatile. It is never a bullish or bearish score, so a setup tells you how a name tends to move around a level, not which way it will go. The full model is in the GEX methodology.
Setups
Conditions Trade Echo detects in real time from dealer positioning. Each one appears in Discovery, DealerEdge GEX alerts, or both.
Charm Stack at Anchor
Price is sitting near the GEX Anchor while positive charm is stacked a few strikes above it. It is a confluence setup: a gamma level and time-decay hedging flow lined up in the same place.

Price is nearing the GEX Anchor, the strike the dealer gamma structure is organized around. In Discovery it only appears for names rated 4-5, where positive gamma gives the Anchor its pull.

Price is on the positive gamma side of the Flip, the GEX Anchor is within reach, and nothing sits in between: no Defense Line and little traded volume on the strikes along the way. It is an opt-in GEX alert about the path, not the arrival.

A name rated 1-2, already in negative gamma, is pressing its GEX Flip Point from either side. The Flip is the one level that would change its regime, so that is the level the setup is about.

A name rated 3, the transitional band, is sitting at its GEX Flip Point. It is on the boundary between regimes, in the regime that is already undecided.

Price crosses the GEX Flip Point between two real-time snapshots, moving the name from one gamma regime to the other. It fires once per cross, not while price sits near the level.

Several Trade Echo names end in Sniper. They are different things: two Cortex agents, two Cortex presets and one manual strategy, and only Charm Sniper and Discovery Sniper have pages in this library.
- Charm Sniper (Cortex marketplace agent): Charm Stack at Anchor opens an entry window of up to an hour. Inside it, the agent only takes a long call when price is at or above the Flip and a fresh short-term EMA cross on BT Cloud arrives. Read the Charm Sniper page.
- Discovery Sniper (Cortex agent preset): A template you start your own agent from in Cortex. It wakes on fresh Noteworthy Flow prints from Discovery and has nothing to do with charm or the Anchor. Read the Discovery Sniper page.
- Flow Sniper (Cortex agent preset): A separate preset focused on unusual options flow, sweeps and large premium. It has no page in this library. See the Cortex quick start guide.
- BT Cloud Sniper (Cortex agent): An agent built on sustained BT Cloud trend alignment. It is not the BT Cloud indicator itself, and it has no page in this library. About the BT Cloud indicator (not the agent).
