The #EchoReplay Weekly Drawing (the "Drawing") is sponsored by Trade Echo LLC, 30 N Gould St, Sheridan, WY 82801 ("Sponsor" or "Trade Echo"). By entering, you agree to these Official Rules and Sponsor's decisions, which are final on all matters relating to the Drawing.

• Open to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are at least 18 (or the age of majority where they live, if older) when they enter.
• Employees and contractors of Sponsor, and their immediate family and household members, are not eligible.
• Void where prohibited or restricted by law.

The Drawing runs in weekly entry periods. Each entry period starts Friday at 12:00:00 AM Eastern Time and ends the following Thursday at 11:59:59 PM Eastern Time (each, an "Entry Period"). The first Entry Period starts Friday, October 23, 2026. Sponsor's clock is the official timekeeper. Entries count only for the Entry Period in which they're received.

There are two ways to enter. Both give the same chance of winning.

Post entry. During an Entry Period, publish an original post on X that:

1. comes from an X account linked to your Trade Echo profile;
2. includes an image: a level replay, chart or tool screenshot showing what you learned;
3. tags @TradeEchoApp and includes #EchoReplay;
4. includes the line "Not financial advice. Past levels don't predict future moves."

Each eligible post is one entry.

Complete the free entry form on this page during an Entry Period with your name, email address, country and state, confirming you are 18 or older and accept these Official Rules. No X account, Trade Echo account or purchase is needed. Each completed form is one entry.

• Limit of 5 entries per person per Entry Period across both methods combined. Entries beyond the limit, and entries made through multiple accounts or email addresses, are void.
• Ineligible posts: posts showing profit and loss, percentage returns, account balances or screenshots, win/loss tallies or claims like "I made $X"; reposts or copies of someone else's post; posts that break X's rules or the law. Ineligible posts are excluded from the Drawing; nothing else happens to the account.
• Sponsor may disqualify entries made by automated means, fraud or tampering.

One potential winner is selected by random drawing from all eligible entries received during each Entry Period, on or about the Friday after that Entry Period ends. The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received during the Entry Period.

• One prize per Entry Period: a free month of Echo Credits, 1,900 Echo Credits, redeemable for Member Gear in the Trade Echo app under the Echo Credits rules.
• Approximate retail value (ARV): $50.
• Echo Credits have no cash value and can't be exchanged for cash, transferred or sold. No substitution, except Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value.
• Limit one prize per person per Entry Period.

• The potential winner is notified in the Trade Echo app (Profile > Referrals) and announced in a public post from @TradeEchoApp.
• To claim, the winner must claim the prize in the Trade Echo app within 7 days after being selected. Winners without a Trade Echo account receive the prize by creating a free account with the email address they entered with, then claiming it in the app within the same 7 days.
• Sponsor never sends direct messages to winners, and never asks for payment, passwords or card details to claim a prize. Any message that does is not from Sponsor.
• If a potential winner doesn't claim in time, is ineligible or doesn't comply with these Official Rules, the prize is forfeited and Sponsor may select an alternate winner at random from the remaining eligible entries for that Entry Period.

• Taxes: any taxes on the prize are the winner's responsibility.
• Publicity: except where prohibited, winners agree that Sponsor may use their name, X handle and winning post in promotional materials without further compensation.
• Release: by entering, you release Sponsor and its affiliates from claims arising from the Drawing or the prize, to the extent the law allows.
• Technical issues: Sponsor isn't responsible for lost, late or misdirected entries, or for technical failures. If fraud, tampering or technical problems affect the Drawing, Sponsor may cancel, modify or suspend it and select a winner from eligible entries received before the problem.
• X: this promotion is not sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, X Corp. Entrants must follow X's rules.
• Privacy: information collected for the Drawing is used to run it, under Sponsor's Privacy Policy.
• No financial advice: nothing in the Drawing is investment advice. Not financial advice. Past levels don't predict future moves.

• These Official Rules are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming. Any dispute is resolved individually, without class actions, in the courts of Sheridan County, Wyoming.
• Winners list: for the name of a weekly winner, email info@tradeecho.com within 60 days after the Entry Period ends.
