A Cortex agent playbook, not a price setup. Charm Stack at Anchor opens a window of up to one hour; inside it, the agent only considers a long call when price is at or above the Flip and a fresh short-term EMA cross arrives.
How it enters

- Charm Stack at Anchor starts on a ticker the agent watches. That opens an entry window of up to one hour.
- The window cannot be used on the same check that opens it. Entry needs a fresh short-term EMA crossover to the upside on a later intraday check while the window is still open.
- Price must be at or above the GEX Flip Point at the time of entry.
- The only trade it takes is a long call. A hard guard in Cortex blocks anything else, whatever the agent's reasoning says.
Regime context
- Requiring price at or above the Flip keeps entries on the positive gamma side, where dealer hedging tends to damp moves and the Anchor tends to hold price nearby.
- The GEX Rating is still a volatility regime score, not a directional one. The agent's direction comes from the charm stack above the Anchor and the EMA cross, not from the rating.

When it stops
- The window closes after one hour. It does not re-open until Charm Stack at Anchor clears and forms again.
- The window closes early if Charm Stack at Anchor stops qualifying, for example because price reached the charm level.
- Once the agent enters, that window is used up and cannot trigger a second entry.
- No fresh EMA cross in the window, or price below the Flip, means no trade.

How to use it
- Learn the setup first. Read the Charm Stack at Anchor entry in this library so you know what opens the agent's window and what closes it.
- Review the agent. Open Charm Sniper in the Cortex Marketplace and review how it is set up before you follow it.
- Set your own limits. Apply your own position size and risk limits. An agent works inside the controls you set, not instead of them.
- Expect quiet windows. A window that ends without a trade is normal: the Flip and EMA conditions both have to line up inside the hour.

Is Charm Sniper a setup like the others in this library?
No. It is a Cortex agent playbook that uses one setup, Charm Stack at Anchor, as its starting condition and then adds its own entry rules. The setups in this library describe positioning; the agent decides whether to act on it.
Why does Charm Sniper sometimes skip a Charm Stack at Anchor?
The setup only opens the window. The agent also needs price at or above the Flip and a fresh short-term EMA cross before the window closes. If either is missing, it does not trade.
