Trade Echo Member Referral Program Terms

1. The program

The Trade Echo Member Referral Program (the "Program") is run by Trade Echo LLC ("Trade Echo", "we", "us"). It lets participants ("you") share a personal referral link and, for paid Trade Echo members, a personal code. Friends who use them get a discount on their first month, and you can earn commission and Echo Credits.

• These terms (the "Terms") apply together with the Trade Echo Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. If they conflict, these Terms control for the Program.
• Referral tracking, commissions and payouts run on FirstPromoter, a third-party platform. Your FirstPromoter partner account is also subject to FirstPromoter's own terms and privacy policy.
• If you have a separate written creator or VIP agreement with Trade Echo, that agreement controls where it conflicts with these Terms.

2. Eligibility and joining

• You must be at least 18 and have an account in good standing. Personal codes are available to members with an active paid Trade Echo subscription (Monthly, Yearly, Lifetime or App Store) or Trade Echo access through an X subscription to @itsCblast.
• You join on the Trade Echo partner site (partner.tradeecho.com) or in the Trade Echo app under Profile > Referrals by accepting these Terms. If you already have a Trade Echo partner account with the same email, we link it instead of creating a new one.
• One partner account per person. Trade Echo employees and contractors are not eligible unless we approve it in writing.
• We may decline any application or remove anyone from the Program at our discretion.

3. Your code and link

• You pick one code of 4 to 16 letters or numbers. Codes can't be ticker symbols, staff names, or words that suggest you are Trade Echo, such as "official", "support", "admin" or "TradeEcho".
• We may reject, change or deactivate any code at any time, including after it's in use. Code changes go through support.
• Your partner link (tradeecho.com/ref/...) works alongside your code. Codes and links have no cash value and can't be sold or transferred.

4. What referred friends get

• New customers who enter your code at checkout on tradeecho.com/pricing get 50% off their first month of the Monthly plan.
• The discount applies to a first purchase only, can't be combined with other discounts, and doesn't apply to Yearly, Lifetime or App Store purchases.
• Existing members can't apply referral codes to their own subscriptions.
• We may change or end the friend offer at any time; the app always shows the current offer.

5. Commissions and Echo Credits

• Commission: 30% of the Monthly plan subscription payments we actually receive from customers you refer, for as long as they stay subscribed and you stay in good standing. Commission is calculated after refunds, credits, chargebacks and taxes.
• Who gets credit: a referral is yours when the customer uses your code at checkout or, without any code, signs up through your link within the tracking period (currently 60 days). If a code is used, its owner gets the credit. FirstPromoter's tracking records decide attribution, except for an obvious error.
• No commission on: your own purchases or accounts you control; App Store purchases; payments that are refunded or charged back; plans other than Monthly unless we tell you otherwise in writing.
• Echo Credits: 1,000 Echo Credits for each referred customer still subscribed after 60 days, under the Echo Credits and Member Gear rules. Echo Credits have no cash value.
• We may change commission rates or credit amounts for future referrals with notice (section 9).

6. Payouts and taxes

• Commissions start as pending and are approved after the refund window.
• Schedule: Net-60. Approved commissions for a calendar month are paid about 60 days after that month ends, through FirstPromoter, by PayPal or bank transfer.
• Minimum: $50. Smaller balances carry over to the next payout.
• You must keep accurate payout and tax details (W-9 or W-8BEN) in FirstPromoter. We may hold payouts until they're complete.
• You're responsible for your own taxes. We issue tax forms where the law requires.
• Clawback: we may reverse or deduct commissions for refunds, chargebacks, fraud or breaches of these Terms, including from future payouts.

7. How you may promote

Share what you learn: level replays, lessons and tool walkthroughs, including the share cards from the app.

• Every public post that promotes Trade Echo must include: "Not financial advice. Past levels don't predict future moves."
• Follow all advertising and endorsement disclosure laws that apply to you, including making your connection to Trade Echo clear where the law requires it.
• Be accurate about features, plans and prices, and send people to tradeecho.com/pricing.
• The only official Trade Echo accounts are @itsCblast and @TradeEchoApp. Never present yourself as Trade Echo staff or support.
• Describe Cortex Agentic Trading accurately: strategies that run in Sim or, when a member chooses, live in their own brokerage account. Never say it earns profits, guarantees results or trades without risk.

8. Prohibited activity and fraud

You may not:

• Make income, profit or return claims ("made $X with Trade Echo", "guaranteed", "can't lose").
• Use P&L screenshots, account balances or win/loss tallies to promote Trade Echo.
• Give investment advice in Trade Echo's name, sell signals as Trade Echo, or present Trade Echo as a way to copy your trades.
• Spam: unsolicited DMs or mass messages, comment spam, or contacting people while pretending to be support, or asking anyone for passwords or payment details.
• Bid on Trade Echo brand terms in paid search, run ads using our name or logo, or post codes on coupon or deal sites, without our written approval.
• Refer yourself or accounts you control, create fake or duplicate accounts, pay or rebate people to sign up, stuff cookies or use misleading redirects.
• Break the rules of the platforms you post on, or any law.

We may investigate suspected fraud or breaches, hold commissions while we do, and reverse commissions earned through them.

9. Changes, suspension and termination

• We may change these Terms, rates, the friend offer or the Program with notice in the app, by email or in FirstPromoter. Changes to the agreement text require you to accept the new version in FirstPromoter; staying in the Program means you accept other changes.
• You can leave at any time by contacting support; your code is then deactivated.
• We may suspend or end your participation at any time, immediately for a breach of these Terms. Commissions earned through a breach are forfeited.
• If your subscription ends, your code may be deactivated. Approved commissions of at least $50 not linked to a breach are still paid on schedule.
• We may end the Program at any time with notice.

10. General legal terms

• Independent contractor: you are not an employee, agent or partner of Trade Echo and can't bind us.
• Brand use: you may use our name, logo and in-app share cards only as we provide them, without changes. We own our marks and content.
• Your posts: if you tag @TradeEchoApp or #EchoReplay, you let us reshare or quote your post with credit.
• No warranty: the Program is provided as is. We don't promise any level of referrals or earnings.
• Liability: to the extent the law allows, our total liability to you under the Program is limited to the commissions paid to you in the 3 months before the claim.
• Indemnity: you'll cover claims caused by your posts or your breach of these Terms.
• Governing law: these Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming. Any dispute is resolved individually, without class actions, in the courts of Sheridan County, Wyoming.
• Entire agreement: these Terms, with the documents in section 1, are the whole agreement about the Program.
