Anchor approach, flip reclaim and flip zone, each gated on the regime it belongs to. A rating-5 name is judged against its anchor, not its flip.
Charm Setups
Price sitting at the anchor with positive charm stacked a few strikes above it. Both halves required, which is what makes it a setup rather than a level.
Breaking News
Headlines gated on the editorial channels that carry real urgency, ranked by how hard the catalyst is. Not everything tagged to a ticker qualifies.
Unusual Darkpool
Off-exchange prints weighed against the name's own baseline, with magnet and accumulation patterns called out. Index ETFs face a far higher bar.

The bar
A list of everything is not a list.
Most scanners return the whole universe ranked. Discovery drops the rows that never qualified, so the count on the tab is the number of real setups, not the number of tickers we watch.
