Welcome to the Trade Echo community, where traders connect, share strategies, and compete for glory! This guide will walk you through posting trade alerts in our Discord server using the Trade Alerts Bot and introduce you to our thrilling monthly trading competitions. Whether you're a seasoned trader or just starting out, posting accurate alerts and engaging with the community can elevate your trading game.
Why Post Trade Alerts?
Posting trade alerts in Discord allows you to share your trades in real time, track your performance, and engage with other traders. The Trade Alerts Bot validates your trades by checking the contract price at the time of posting, ensuring transparency and accuracy. Plus, active participation in alert posting boosts your visibility in our monthly trading competitions, where you can win cash prizes and exclusive rewards!
Step-by-Step Guide to Posting Alerts
To share your trades, head to the Member Alerts Channel in the Trade Echo Discord server. Follow these steps to post valid alerts:
- Locate the Member Alerts Channel: All member trade alerts must be posted in the designated Member Alerts Channel. This ensures the Trade Alerts Bot processes your alert correctly.
- Post at the Time of Entry: Timing is critical! Post your alert immediately when you enter a trade. The bot verifies the contract price at the moment of posting to validate the trade's accuracy.
- Use the Correct Alert Format: The bot requires specific formats for options and futures trades to recognize and process your alert. Incorrect formats may result in the trade being ignored.
Alert Formats
Options Trade Format
Use the following format for buying to open (BTO) or selling to close (STC) options trades:
- Open:
BTO <quantity> <symbol> <strike> <expiration> @ <price> - Close:
STC <quantity> <symbol> <strike> <expiration> @ <price> - Example:

STC <quantity> <symbol> @ <price> - Example:
